Service information

When you book our company you will get delicious food and great service.
We do catering from 10 to 500 people.  
Our service includes,  prepare, cook and bake your choice of food to your order. Buffet styles  or plates served. 
Outdoors or indoors. 
To serve you better, we need to know your menu choices two month ahead of the event. And the number of people not later than 15 days before. 
You are responsible for setting the tables, and decorations.
Food items like butter, bread baskets,  water pitcher, we will put on the  tables. We are not responsible for setting Plates, Cutlery , Glasses or Cups on the Table!
After the food is served,  we clean the tables from plates, cups, cutlery, waterglasses, food related items. 
Decoration is not our responsibility.  
We do the dishes and clean  until all Food related Items are cleaned and stored away. Everything what comes after 2.5 Hours ( Including serving the Food) will be Extra with extra charges. 

Our equipment will not be staying without Deposit charges 
During service we take care of replenishing  water, coffee, tea and fruit punch, if ordered. 
For special dietitian needs, please inform us ahead of the event. 
Cancelation policy :
30 days before the event  free, everything under 30 days we will keep the 30% down payment. 
For events with more than 70 people  require a 30% down payment by booking. 
Final payment is required on the day of the event. By either cheque or cash.

We can do  short notice caterings, depending on availability.
