We did a lot of catering
the last two months, because of that I had not much time for new posts. Sorry for
that!!! =)
In November we had the back
door banquet at the Carman Community Hall. We served a group of 370 guests and it was an amazing challenge we loved it. After
the big event some smaller ones with 30 and 50 people followed, and of course we
always did and do our best to cook delicious food. Certainly, there were a few new challenges
too, therefor we did some special menus, and they turned out really good.
I would like to apologize again, when I don't write as much as I should, but like everybody know I love to cook and bake and that's my first priority.
At the end I also would like to mention something very imported; at our big events we had a team of helpers and I would like to thank everybody for the amazing job they did.
