You probably noticed it, that I am not very often publish any blogs.
The reason is easy , I am busy with cooking and baking.
We had lots of caterings big and small.
We did the kiosk at the carman gun show. The crowd was great and the food delicious.
We had our famous Schnitzel burger and this year we sold lots of home made pies.
Then we had the backdoor banquet. 360 people.
Last year the back door banquet was our first big event with our business and we are thankful for the chance we received.
We love working in the community and we did a fundraiser at the pentecostal church.
Next year we are helping Bob with the Alzheimer dinner in February.

We had two successful caterings.
One was for the palliative care.
We prepared home made cinnamon buns for the morning snack. And for lunch we had two different kinds of lasagna, meat with tomato sauce and for the vegetarian a spinach mushroom lasagna. With a garlic cheese breadstick and Caesar salad. For dessert we had chocolate cake.
And the second catering was for the active living center in Carman. It was on Friday the 13th we learned a lot of facts about the 13th.
The Menu : Sweet and sour meatballs, honey garlic chicken breast, scalloped potatoes, broccoli with cheese sauce, carrots and turnips, garlic cheese breadsticks, seven layer salad and Asian salad.
For dessert we made a typical German cake. It's called a Danube wave. It was a hit.
We had a great time and met lots of people.
